KP Balaraj is the Founder of the KPB Family Trust, a family office investment company based in Bangalore. He was the Co-founder and Managing Director of WestBridge Capital and co-led the firm from inception for almost two decades. He was also the co-founder and Managing Director of Sequoia Capital India from 2006-2010. Before that, KP was part of Goldman Sachs where he focused on private equity in Asia.

KP received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Business Management from Brigham Young University, Hawaii, where he graduated as the valedictorian of his class. He completed his schooling at Madras Christian School, Chennai.

As an accomplished top-ranked national tennis player, he had represented India at the international level.

KP currently serves on the advisory board of Harvard University's Mittal South Asia Institute and is an active supporter of non-profit organisations in India focused on underprivileged and orphaned children. He is also an active promoter of Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association’s (KSLTA) Wheelchair Tennis.

KP was also selected as part of PM Modi’s distinguished “Champions of Change”, and was honoured for his contributions to the growth of venture capital and the startup industry in India.

Priya Balaraj is a Trustee of the KPB Family Trust.

She is very interested in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and what motivates high performing startup founders and CEOs. She is an active NLP practitioner and coach.

Priya also serves on the advisory boards at Babson College’s global family entrepreneurship network as well as Harvard’s Mittal Institute.

She is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) Executive MBA Programme.

She is the founder of www.intentionalcoaching.online and is a professional member (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and The Association of NLP (ANLP) UK.
